When does the Steam Winter Sale end?
After starting on December 22, 2022, the Steam Winter sale will end on January 5, 2023 at 10 am PST.
On that date, all of the current discount prices will return to their usual prices. Any games left in a cart will also revert to full price. In addition, all of the DLC offerings will go back to their normal pricing. Some games may individually go on sale before the next major event, which isn’t set to begin for a few more months.
The next major general sale will be the Spring Steam Sale, which is likely to start sometime in March based on previous years’ events. In addition, Steam will be hosting a special Base Builder Fest in late January, celebrating survival and construction games. Titles like Valheim, Rust, Cities: Skylines, and more will likely be on the menu, but there’s nothing stopping gamers from picking them up now in Steam Winter Sale.
